For the protection of patients we are implementing changes to the way
we undertake clinics and procedures.

1. Patients are requested to arrive punctually for their appointments to try to avert waiting for long periods prior to their consultation or treatment. This avoids contact with other patients in the waiting room.

2. We are giving longer appointment slots to provide enough time for the Clinic to be re-cleaned and disinfected between patients.

3. When accompanying a patient having an x-ray guided injection we will ask you to wait in the Manx Medical facility for them rather than the Pain Clinic. The purpose of this is to prevent contact with other people.

4. If you are feeling unwell with a flu-like illness, high temperature, or cough, please re-book 8 days after the onset of symptoms.

Our priority is to keep you and our staff as safe as possible at all times whilst providing the best service we can. We are doing everything within our power to safeguard your health and minimise your risk of expose to the Coronavirus.
